50 an hour Marinuka Manor has a full-time opening for a Nutrition Services Manager.
We are looking a detailed-orientated individual to ensure quality meal service for our residents and provide leadership for the dietary staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition Services / Dietary Department.
Provide medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification and nutrition education (RD candidates only).
Documentation of the Nutrition Care Process / MDS (RD candidates only) Collaborating with the leadership team Scheduling of Dietary Staff Development of menu while maintaining quality standards for Residents
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of nutritional needs for the elderly population.
Requires either a CDM certification or a licensed Dietician in WI.
Long Term Care experience preferred.
As a_ Clinical Dietician (RD)__ you will also provide medical nutrition therapy to residents and provide staff with nutrition and wellness information relevant to resident care.
_ As a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)_ you will have Nutrition Assessments and other services provided by a Registered Dietician.
